TD Bank N.V. (“TD Bank”) is a Netherlands based subsidiary of The Toronto Dominion Bank, which together with its subsidiaries is known as the Toronto Dominion Bank Group (“TD”) and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. The Bank has been registered and authorised to act as a credit institution by De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. (“DNB”) since 1992. 

In the Netherlands, TD Bank undertakes investment banking and retail banking activities. It offers saving products to over 6,000 customers through internet banking and by mobile app. 

In delivering our strategy in the Netherlands, we remain consistent with the overall strategy of TD Bank and its core components – a focus on customers, a unique and inclusive employee culture, a well understood risk culture and appetite and a strong focus on the community.  We ensure we have an effective business and risk management environment that meets both the high standard of TD and those of our stakeholders, including our customers and regulators.  Supporting this, TD Bank has a Two-Tier Board structure.  Formal Board Charters identify and formalize the role, tasks and responsibilities of the Supervisory Board and TD Bank's Management Board.
